All displayed gRNA spacer classes are highly specific in regard of other NGG sites.Class A0, B0, A0.1 and B0.1 gRNA spacer sequences are also highly specific in regard to NAG sites. Class A1, B1, A2 and B2 have an off-target potential to NAG, but not NGG, sites. Search requests for regions longer than 30kb will not be accepted to maintain server performance. Searches of bigger genes or longer regions may take more time to download the results. The search function require your web browser to support JavaScript.
Two RGE vectors developed by Yang's Lab are available via Addgene (Yang's Lab Addgene site). Our polycistronic-tRNA-gRNA technology provides very efficient multiplex genome editing. The supplemental information contains a detailed protocol on design and use.
